OUR APPROACH
From understanding the need to defining the first step.
Start with what needs to change in the work.
A defined task gives data and AI a clear role. Begin with the current situation, then connect the discussion to a result that can be reviewed.
From a question to a clear scope
01
Understand the task
Describe how work happens today, who is involved and where it waits for a decision or information. Choose a specific starting point rather than combining every need into one project.
02
Connect sources and roles
Identify required information, its origin and access boundaries. Clarify who uses the output, who reviews it and who is authorized to act on it.
03
Test against real examples
Choose examples representing routine work and difficult cases. Agree on what improvement means and what still requires review or manual handling.
04
Define delivery and follow-through
Turn what you learn into a clear scope: required elements, dependencies, operating responsibilities and how changes will be reviewed after use.
BEFORE THE FIRST DISCUSSION
A specific problem is a useful starting point.
A short message is enough to begin: what is the task, what gets in its way and what information is available? You do not need a complete technical specification.
