Join a small team

We want people who enjoy hard problems and small teams, and who will stay with a project from the first sketch until it is a company.

Who we look for

Code, circuits and machines that have to work outside the lab.

Clear products, Arabic first and English with the same care.

Biology, materials, energy and climate, from the lab to the field.

Money, hiring and paperwork, so a small team can spend its time building.

Robots, tested on a bench

Machines, tested between the crop rows

Data, read from above

No roles are listed right now. We still read every note from people who build well. Tell us what you would build and why.
